June 3 (Reuters) - Wall Street's main indexes retreated on Wednesday after a run of record highs, while a fresh Middle East flare-up pushed oil prices higher and cast doubts over a quick end to the war. .N
     
At 13:30 EDT, the Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI was down 0.88% at 50,858.62. The S&P 500 .SPX was down 0.62% at 7,562.32, and the Nasdaq Composite .IXIC was down 0.98% at 26,829.27.
